I met Dr Srilathaa in 2016 when my dad's eye was in a very critical situation. We were extremely lucky to get connected with her. She brought back his vision with her expert treatment. My eyes were my biggest concern not because of my huge eye power. But also the fact which doctor has to be trusted to deal with the most sensitive organ of my body. I had no clue on the Ophthalmologist but were aware of few famous hospitals which are quite known for the Lasic surgery but was always concerned on the doctor. After a year of research from Quora, Google, patient reviews I found a shining armor for my eye surgery . I went to Dr. Srilathaa because of her expertise in such surgery and the fact she is MBBS, MD (Opthamalogy) from AIMS Delhi. I approached her for a consultation and after meeting her I was sure of getting my treatment done from her and she assured me for the same. Her hands are a magic sword for any eyes because even while she was performing the surgery I could sense no pain because I found she is one of those rarest doctors who can fix your eye with the most possible gentle touch. She has been diligent with all the pre operative test,guided me well on the surgery and motivated me enough that I could follow her instructions while she was doing my surgery. I went for a contoura vision surgery as I had a cylindrical power in addition with myopia. Also I want to mention about a moment where post surgery I was taken to another room at Ahooja eye hospital (Dr. Srilathaa is working with Fortis currently and contoura vision surgeries are happening at Ahooja which has its tie up with Fortis so I was at Ahooja on the day of the surgery). I felt extremely happy that Dr. Srilathaaa personally came to see me post operation and put few drops in my eye as well. She is beyond her degree and profound knowledge. I got Contoura Lasik done by Doctor Srilathaa Mam on Nov 2021 before diwali and I must admit she is one of the best doctors I have come across.. After researching online for days I couldn't conclude if smile or contoura lasik was best for me as I was eligible for both, also I couldn't finalise hospitals because in big hospitals there is no personal touch but with Dr. I got online consultation first and finalised Contoura was better due to slight advantages over Smile for my power and then flew down to Delhi/Gurgaon to get the full eye checkup done ( I got all the reports which are generally not given in most hospitals ) and surgery was done the next day for which I didn't have to wait around as the whole pre-lasik checkup and lasik procedure was done in two hours and my vision is already 99% clear and normal on Day 1, hope it improves further .. I found her to be highly qualified ( AIIMS ), diligent, compassionate and patient to answer any questions one might have so Highly Recommened her Other small thing I found helpful was She gave me prescription to buy eye drops and tabs needed after lasik procedure beforehand itself and I placed order online with pharmacies in gurgaon and didn't need to worry about this on day of surgery
